Protest banner workshop for the International Women*s Combat Day on March, 8th and a visit to the exhibition Laboratory 89 in the FHXB Museum with an introduction by Nicola Lauré al-Samarai / co-curator of the exhibition

For the opening of the event series Memory Care, we invite you to the current exhibition Labor 89. New Perspectives on the period of transition at the FHXB Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Museum where Nicola Lauré al-Samarai will give an introduction. The exhibition opens up alternative feminist spaces of memory by looking at history from the perspective of actors in East and West who fought for social equality, social participation and cultural, political and sexual self-determination before and after the fall of the wall. After visiting the exhibition, we will jointly produce protest banners and signs for the International Women*s Combat Day on March 8 and actualize the demands from past struggles for the present and future.

The banners can remain in the exhibition of the FHXB Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg Museum for the Open Archive Day with contemporary witnesses on 8 March.
